Activity ideas for Secondary schools"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Our heritage: who cares about it, who tells the story, and who decides its future?<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/ewh.org.uk\/learning\/classroom-resources\/atlas-wh-wish-you-were-here\/\"><strong>These<\/strong> <strong>activities<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 are designed to complement the secondary school curriculum as part of Travel and Tourism, History, Geography and Social Studies lessons. They can also be used in extra curricular activities.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8216;Who cares?&#8217;\u00a0 is part of a suite of activities and resources developed as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ewh.org.uk\/project\/atlas-world-heritage\/\">AtlaS.WH<\/a> project, building on Edinburgh World Heritage\u2019s existing learning resources to create a comprehensive, wide-ranging educational offering. Focusing on the designing and sending of postcards, these activities challenge children\u2019s understanding of their heritage as part of their identity, as well as encouraging them to think about sustainability.
