Creative Workshop: Drop Spinning

Join Nic DeRushie, researcher and living educator, for this inspirational and practical workshop around traditional spinning techniques. You will have the opportunity to make your own spindles and learn the basics of spinning using Scottish heritage breed fleeces. You will also learn about yarn plying and explore projects that can be done using a small amount of hand-spun yarn.
This relaxed workshop is suited to all abilities and experience levels. All materials will be provided. For ages 16+
