Scottish Archaeology Month 2025 – Call for Entries Open!
The call for entries to this year’s Scottish Archaeology Month is now open!
We are revamping how we do things for SAM this year to bring forward our Call for Entries deadline and the launch of our SAM Programme to give our SAM Event Organisers and their events maximum exposure.
If you are planning an in-person or online event, such as a guided walk, dig, open day, exhibition, lecture, online talk or other digital content, we would love to hear from you. If you are a museum or a heritage organisation or are involved in a community project, we would also love to promote and share news about your work.
The deadline for registering events for this year’s SAM programme is 30th May 2025. You can submit your event directly through our website using the registration form or by contacting us at sam@archaeologyscotland.org.uk.
