Old Kilmadock (St.Aedh’s) Church and Burial Ground

One of the most important religious sites in Central Scotland, Old Kilmadock has been associated with religion for many centuries and with a recently discovered Pictish Cross Slab complete with an Ogham inscription, it is much older than previously thought. In the immediate area, a Neolithic leaf-shaped arrowhead and a large deposit of Mesolithic flit knappings have recently been found.
